  • 3-4 Whole Organic Leaves of Kale (with the stalk)
  • 1 Whole Organic Banana
  • 1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
  • 2 Cups water
  • 1 Tbsp Ground Flaxseed
  • 1 Tbsp Hempseed
