Green Smoothies With Peaches
Peaches are an excellent ingredient for green smoothies for numerous reasons. For example, they make an excellent base for green smoothies due to their texture, which is thick and smooth. Additionally, peaches have a delicate, subtle flavor that will not compete with or overwhelm the other ingredients of your green smoothies. If you are not a fan of peaches, they can be substituted easily with nectarines.

- 1 medium peach
- 1 banana
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
- 1/2 cup of purified water
