Green Smoothie With Red Lettuce

  • 6 leaves of red leaf lettuce
  • 1/4 bunch of fresh basil
  • 1/2 lime (juiced)
  • 1/2 red onion]
  • 2 celery sticks

  • 2 cups of purified water

Each of these ingredients should be added to your blender one at a time and blended together until smooth. If you do not like any of the ingredients that are used in this green smoothie, then you are encouraged to substitute your own favorite fruits and vegetables.
