Green Smoothie With Peaches
The next time you are making a green smoothie, try adding peaches to it. Peaches are an excellent source of lutein and lycopene. - 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 peaches, pitted
- 1/2 small beet, peeled and chopped
- 1 head baby bok choy
- 1 banana, peeled
- 1 medium carrot, chopped
- 4 to 6 ounces of filtered water
Each of the ingredients of this green smoothie should be added to your blender one at a time and blended together until smooth. If you would like for your green smoothie to have more of a tropical flavor to it, then you can opt to add 4-6 ounces of fresh coconut water to the mixture.
