Green Smoothie With Lime

- 1/2 lime, peeled
- 1 cup honeydew melon
- 1 pear
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh mint
- 2 cups fresh baby spinach (or other leafy green)
- 1/2 cup of purified water if needed
Each of these ingredients should be added to your blender one at a time and blended together until a smooth consistency has been reached. If you do not like the taste of honeydew melon, then you can substitute kiwis in your next green smoothie.
