- 1-and-1/2 cups organic strawberries (frozen or fresh)
- 1 cup fresh pineapple, chunks
- 2 cups organic spinach or other leafy green
- 4 to 6 ounces filtered water
Each of these ingredients should be added to your blender one at a time and blended together until smooth. If you would like to heighten the tropical flavor of these green smoothie recipes, then you can add several slices of mango to the ingredient list. If you would like for it to be thicker or creamier, then you can add a banana.
